Chinese aluminum scrap price shifts up 1.5%

Chinese aluminum scrap prices rose 1.5 percent to finish as the day’s biggest mover.
The cash price of Chinese aluminum flattened after two days of downward movement. The price of Chinese aluminum bar continues hovering in place for the fifth day in a row. Chinese aluminum billet saw little change in its price yesterday.
Tuesday saw the Indian aluminum cash price drift down 1.1 percent after a couple of stagnant days.
On the LME, the aluminum 3-month price held steady around $1,910 per metric ton. On the LME, the primary aluminum cash price saw little movement yesterday at $1,881 per metric ton.
