China’s aluminium ingot price climbs by RMB 50/t; Aluminium Alloy (A356) stands at RMB 17500/t

SMM aluminium ingot price has edged higher by RMB 50 per tonne to stand at RMB 16780 per tonne on Tuesday, 23 February 2021, from its previous price of RMB 16730 per tonne on February 22. The price is expected to range at RMB 16760-16800 per tonne.

In Foshan and Wuxi, the price has increased by RMB 50 per tonne and RMB 40 per tonne to stand at RMB 16780 per tonne and RMB 16800 per tonne. Their average prices are expected to range within RMB 16760-16800 per tonne and RMB 16790-16810 per tonne. Aluminium prices in Hangzhou and Chongqing stand at RMB 16820 per tonne and RMB 16770 per tonne, up RMB 45 per tonne and RMB 60 per tonne.

Aluminium ingot prices in Shenyang, Tianjin, and Linyi have hiked to stand at RMB 16785 per tonne, RMB 16750 per tonne, and RMB 16730 per tonne.

Aluminium Alloy (A356) price is up by RMB 50 per tonne to RMB 17500 per tonne and is expected to move within a range of RMB 17450- 17550 per tonne.
