China’s A00 aluminium price sheds RMB10/t showing no massive change in provinces; Low carbon aluminium loses RMB10/t

A00 aluminium ingot price in China has dropped by RMB 10 per tonne on August 23, Tuesday. According to the Shanghai Metals Market, the price has accurately settled at RMB 18,570 per tonne, with average prices estimated to range between RMB 18,550 per tonne and RMB 18,590 per tonne and spot contracts to be traded at a discount price of RMB 20 per tonne and a premium price of RMB 20 per tonne.
The Chinese provinces have shown fluctuating prices today with Foshan, Wuxi and Hangzhou dropping by RMB 10 per tonne to close at RMB 18,370 per tonne, RMB 18,570 per tonne and RMB 18,610 per tonne. The aluminium ingot price in Gongyi has witnessed an RMB 20 per tonne plunge to rest at RMB 18,450 per tonne. The primary aluminium ingot prices in Chongqing and Linyi have escalated by RMB 10 per tonne settling at RMB 18,520 per tonne and RMB 18,620 per tonne. The price of aluminium ingots in Tianjin has seen a hike of RMB 20 per tonne to halt at RMB 18,620 per tonne, while the aluminium price in Shenyang records the highest addition at RMB 80 per tonne to close at RMB 18,590 per tonne.
Today in China, the domestic price of low-carbon aluminium has decreased by RMB 10 per tonne to stand at RMB 18,973 per tonne.
According to data shown by SMM, the high purity aluminium (99.99%) price and the high purity aluminium (99.996%) prices have shown stagnancy.
The prices of aluminium alloys (ADC12), aluminium alloy (A356) and aluminium alloy (A380) were restrained at RMB 17,700 per tonne, RMB 19,000 per tonne and RMB 18,700 per tonne, with no change from the previous day.
The price of aluminium powder has refrained from any alteration as well.
