China’s A00 aluminium ingot price soars RMB100/t today, down RMB90/t or 0.49% M-o-M

The Shanghai Metal Market has witnessed an upward stroke of RMB 100 per tonne in the aluminium spot price, officially stopping at RMB 18,380 per tonne today, June 7. The average aluminium price trends are between RMB 18,360 per tonne and RMB 18,400 per tonne. The premium prices have circled around RMB 40 per tonne.

The eight major provinces in China all have seen augmenting prices today, with the aluminium spot price halting at the same exact range of RMB 18,380 per tonne in Wuxi, Hangzhou, Chongqing and Linyi. The aluminium price chart showed a spike of RMB 120 per tonne in Wuxi and a rise of RMB 100 per tonne in Hangzhou, Chongqing and Linyi. Other than that, Gongyi has witnessed the highest price hike of RMB 160 per tonne resting at RMB 18,280 per tonne, followed by an RMB 90 per tonne jump in Foshan, with the aluminium price stopping at RMB 18,470 per tonne. In Tianjin, the aluminium price has grown by RMB 60 per tonne, halting at RMB 18,360 per tonne, while in Shenyang, it has gained RMB 50 per tonne, closing at RMB 18,330 per tonne.

The price of low-carbon aluminium in China has ascended by RMB 90 per tonne to officially close at RMB 19,078 per tonne.

The high-purity aluminium (99.99%) price and high-purity aluminium (99.996%) price have gone up the aluminium price index by RMB 100 per tonne, halting at RMB 26,000 per tonne and RMB 27,000 per tonne, respectively.

The prices of aluminium alloy (A356) and aluminium alloy (A360) have heightened by RMB 100 per tonne, closing at RMB 19,100 per tonne and RMB 19,500 per tonne.

The price of aluminium powder in China has floated by RMB 0.10 per kg, resting at RMB 20.10 per kg, with average prices ranging between RMB 20 per kg and RMB 20.20 per kg.
