
A00 aluminium ingot price in China has extended its rise for the second day in a row by RMB 90 per tonne to RMB 20,160 per tonne, found the Shanghai Metals Market. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 20,140 per tonne and RMB 20,180 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a discount price of 20 and a premium price of RMB 20 per tonne.

In Foshan, the primary aluminium ingot price has recorded a maximum hike of RMB 150 per tonne to RMB 20,210 per tonne, followed by the increase of RMB 80 per tonne in Wuxi to RMB 20,170 per tonne. In Hangzhou and Chongqing, A00 aluminium ingot price has escalated by RMB 70 per tonne and RMB 60 per tonne to come in at RMB 20,170 per tonne and RMB 20,220 per tonne, respectively, while the price in Shenyang and Tianjin has expanded by RMB 50 per tonne and RMB 40 per tonne to RMB 20,140 per tonne and RMB 20,160 per tonne. In Linyi and Gongyi, A00 aluminium ingot price has gained RMB 30 per tonne and RMB 20 per tonne to settle at RMB 20,280 per tonne, learned SMM.
Among primary aluminium input costs, prebaked anode price in southwest and northwest of China has witnessed a hike of RMB 150 per tonne and RMB 100 per tonne, respectively, to stand at RMB 8,105 per tonne and RMB 8,180 per tonne. The average prices are estimated to range between RMB 7,915-8,295 per tonne and RMB 7,995-8,365 per tonne, respectively.
On June 16, aluminium powder price has inched up by RMB 0.10 per kg to rest at RMB 22 per kg, with average prices likely to be traded at RMB 21.9-22.1 per kg.
Aluminium alloy (A356) price has recorded an increase of RMB 100 per tonne to come in at RMB 21,250 per tonne as of June 16, according to SMM. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 21,100 per tonne and RMB 21,400 per tonne.
However, aluminium alloys (ADC12) price and aluminium alloy (A380) price have remained restrained at RMB 20,150 per tonne and RMB 21,150 per tonne.
