
On Monday, April 10, China’s A00 aluminium ingot price opened the week with a drop of RMB 50 per tonne to halt at RMB 18,620 per tonne, with the spot contract price expected to be traded at a discount price of RMB 50 to RMB 10 per tonne. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 18,600 per tonne and RMB 18,640 per tonne.

The prices in Gongyi and Wuxi have slumped by RMB 60 per tonne to halt at RMB 18,540 per tonne and RMB 18,610 per tonne. In Foshan and Tianjin, the A00 aluminium ingot prices have dropped by RMB 50 per tonne to peg at RMB 18,750 per tonne and RMB 18,620 per tonne. The A00 aluminium ingot prices in Chongqing, Shenyang and Linyi have fallen by RMB 40 per tonne to clock at RMB 18,760 per tonne and RMB 18,650 per tonne. The price in Huzhou has slipped by RMB 30 per tonne to halt at RMB 18,650 per tonne.
The domestic price of low carbon aluminium in China has inched up by RMB 1 per tonne to stop at RMB 19,326 per tonne. The aluminium alloy (A356) price has descended by RMB 50 per tonne to clock in at RMB 19,550 per tonne. On the other hand, the price of aluminium alloys (ADC12) and aluminium alloy (A380) has remained the same at RMB 19,350 per tonne and RMB 20,350 per tonne.
