China aluminium alloy wheel exports down in October

China reported a decline in both volume and value of its aluminium alloy wheel exports in October.
Export quantity fell 2.8% year-on-year (YoY) to 69,500 tonnes in October, and export value also dropped 7.3% YoY to $329 million.
Outbound shipment totaled 660,500 tonnes during the first ten months of the year, up just 0.1% from a year ago.
The US was the top export destination -51.98% of China’s export value - during January -October, followed by Japan and Mexico.
