This innovative process is the only one of its kind worldwide. It allows rod-shaped bodies and tube systems made of ceramic to possess the characteristics of high mechanical stability and dielectric strength. Alunit® exhibits uniform thermal conductivity and expansion in all directions. Its thermal expansion coefficient rivals that of silicon (approx. 4 ppm/K).
