Bauxite Resources Limited advises that Yankuang Group Corporation (Yankuang), the representative from substantial shareholder of the company, Qingwei Zhan, has appointed Fengyong Sun as the alternate director.
Mr Fengyong Sun holds an engineering degree as well as a MBA degree. Mr Sun has served different areas of coal mining, electrolytic aluminium and electricity generation inside Yankuang Group Ltd for more than 17 years. Mr. Sun is a senior engineer and has extensive engineering knowledge along with project management skills.
