
The average alumina spot price in China has declined by RMB 48 per tonne on Tuesday, November 9, following restraint on the previous day at RMB 3,926 per tonne. According to the Shanghai Metals Market, the downfall today has brought the alumina price to RMB 3,878 per tonne.

In Shandong, alumina price has plunged by RMB 85 per tonne to stand at RMB 3,840 per tonne, while the price in Henan and Shanxi has decreased by RMB 50 per tonne to come in at RMB 3,900 per tonne. In Guizhou and Guangxi, alumina price has slipped by RMB 25 per tonne to peg at RMB 3,775 per tonne and RMB 3,750 per tonne, respectively.
On the other hand, A00 aluminium ingot price has grown by RMB 90 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,950 per tonne on November 9, found SMM. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 18,930 per tonne and RMB 18,970 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 110-70 per tonne.

In Foshan, A00 aluminium ingot price has grown the highest by RMB 110 per tonne to RMB 19,060 per tonne, followed by the increase of RMB 90 per tonne in Chongqing and Tianjin to RMB 19,000 per tonne and RMB 18,940 per tonne. In Hangzhou and Gongyi, the primary aluminium ingot price has moved up by RMB 85 per tonne and RMB 80 per tonne to stand at RMB 18,930 per tonne and RMB 18,910 per tonne, respectively.
Aluminium alloy (A356) price has gained RMB 100 per tonne to come in at RMB 21,750 per tonne on November 9, with average prices estimated to range between RMB 21,700 per tonne and RMB 21,800 per tonne, learned SMM.
Aluminium alloy (ADC12) price and aluminium alloy (A380) price have, however, remained restrained at RMB 20,600 per tonne and RMB 21,800 per tonne, respectively.
