Timor-Leste to host 5th Energy, Mining & Business Forum 2025 — A landmark platform for investment and regional growth

Join us in Dili, Timor-Leste, on 24–26 November 2025 for the 5th Timor-Leste Energy, Mining & Business Forum, officially endorsed by the Autoridade Nacional do Petróleo (ANP Timor-Leste) and the Autoridade Nacional dos Minerais (ANM Timor-Leste). Organised by IN-VR and The Energy Circle, this landmark event will gather more than 300 global delegates, government leaders, investors, and industry experts to explore opportunities in energy, mining, and infrastructure development.

The 2025 edition comes at a defining moment for Timor-Leste, following the country’s official admission into ASEAN as its 11th Member State. This milestone reinforces Timor-Leste’s commitment to economic cooperation, investment promotion, and regional integration within Southeast Asia.

Driving Investment in Energy and Mining

The Forum will serve as the premier international platform for the government and private sector to present the country’s latest developments and projects across oil and gas, critical minerals, renewables, and infrastructure.

Over the course of three days, participants will engage in high-level sessions, technical workshops, and B2B meetings designed to strengthen collaboration and accelerate investment in Timor-Leste’s emerging industries.

The Autoridade Nacional do Petróleo (ANP) will showcase new offshore and onshore exploration opportunities, as well as the government’s long-term strategy for local content, energy transition, and international partnerships.

Meanwhile, the Autoridade Nacional dos Minerais (ANM) will highlight the nation’s growing mineral potential and policy framework to attract responsible investors in exploration, processing, and value-added production.

A Comprehensive Agenda

The Forum will feature a multi-sector agenda that reflects Timor-Leste’s national priorities and sustainable growth goals:

● Day 1 – National Strategy & Ministerial Forum And Mining & Investment Day

● Day 2 – Energy Investment Opportunities Forum

● Day 3 – Mining and Energy Business Forum

In addition to the main sessions, the event will host networking receptions, bilateral meetings, and private investor roundtables to foster meaningful connections between stakeholders and promote new business ventures.
