OSH Cut to open a second high-tech factory near Cincinnati

OSH Cut CEO, Caleb Chamberlain, announced last week that their second US factory is nearly operational and will be located in the Cincinnati metropolitan area. The company plans on investing USD 10 million to equip the 70,000 square-foot facility for on-demand metal fabrication, and it is anticipated that 70 new jobs will be created by the expansion.

“Cincinnati is a great location because it gives us 1 to 2 day Ground proximity to the vast majority of our customers,” explained Chamberlain. “It’ll accelerate shipping times and decrease costs by a lot.”

Directing his comments to these Eastern US clients, Chamberlain mused, “You wouldn't think when you’re looking for a metal fab shop that people are going to look at Utah and say ‘Yeah, I want to order from those guys’, but it is a massive percentage of our business, and we appreciate you giving us a chance, even though we’re across the country.”
