
According to the US Geological Survey (USGS), the United States imported 5,880 tonnes of crude metals and alloys from Qatar in July 2021, flaunting a month-on-month increase of 2,070 tonnes or 54.33 percent. In June 2021, 3,810 tonnes of aluminium crude metals and alloys were imported from Qatar, a decline of 53.87 percent from 8,260 tonnes in May 2021.

On a year-on-year calculation, US aluminium crude metals and alloys imported from Qatar in July 2021, moved up by 2,330 tonnes or by 39.62 percent from 3,550 tonnes.
From January to July 2021, the imported aluminium crude metals and alloys by the United States were recorded at 40,500. For the same period last year, the amount exported by Qatar stood at 40,500 tonnes.
According to the data shared by the United States Geological Survey, the total amount of aluminium crude metals and alloys, aluminium plates, sheets, bars, and scrap imported by US from Qatar for the month of July 2021 settled at 5,880 tonnes. For the same period last year, the amount was 3,550 tonnes, flaunting a surge of 2,330 tonnes in 2021.
