Ultra High Purity Alumina Plant

The Jacob's report noted that the HPA plant will be an "open loop" without recycled HCL reagent.

Jacob's estimates the HCL reagent component represents 75% cost of HPA initially.

However, this will be replaced with the startup of the SGA plant that will be alumina feed stock for the HPA plant in 2013. Ultra HPA cost at that time will drop at least 75%.

IOW, that means ORT will produce Ultra high purity Alumina with a huge cost advantage over other competitors. I see ORT dominating the HPA industry with high margins.
