Tianshan Aluminium to increase capacity

Tianshan Aluminium Co plans to increase capacity at its Shihezi, Xinjiang smelter to 1.6Mt/yr by 2015.
Tianshan is also planning to construct an aluminium processing plant with a 1Mt/yr capacity alongside a captive power plant equipped with 10 350mW generators.
The Shihezi smelter was established in 2010.
