Norwegian aluminium and renewable energy company Hydro has reportedly appointed Therese Rød Holm as Head of Communication and Public Affairs. Holm will replace Inger Sethov with effect from May 1, as the latter will resign from Hydro to pursue new opportunities.

Holm, in her new position as Head of Communication and Public Affairs, will report directly to President and CEO Hilde Merete Aasheim.
Holm joined Hydro in 2014, and since then, she has been leading several senior positions both in Hydro Group and Hydro Extrusions. Besides, she also worked with other large companies across all main disciplines of communication and public affairs.
Therese Rød Holm served the world’s leading seafood company Marine Harvest, now Mowi, as a communication manager during 2003-2011. Later she worked for Posten Norge, a Nordic postal and logistics group, where she was responsible for internal communication in the Mail division.
Holm, a Norwegian national, is a graduate in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
