
As per the OECD report, the Swedish economy is regaining its strength, with projected GDP growth close to 4% in 2021 and 3½% in 2022, on the shoulder of rising exports, which boost the manufacturing production and investment, and strong fiscal and monetary support. However, during the first half of 2021, pandemic-related restrictions and voluntary distancing have pulled back the recovery in services requiring face-to-face interaction, but growth will broaden during H2 2021.

The Scandinavian nation, Sweden exported 3886 tonnes of aluminium powder and flakes during 2018-20 and the earnings generated from the export was accounted for $15.02 million.
Sweden, the largest country in Northern Europe exported only 705 tonnes of aluminium powder and flakes in 2018 and revenue generation counted to $2.67 million, whereas, in 2019, the export showcased a sharp rise by 132.05%, as the export volume raised to1636 tonnes and the earnings also escalated to $6.60 million.

In 2020, the Swedish export of aluminium powder and flakes was recorded at 1545 tonnes, a downfall of 5.56% and the earnings from the export also dipped to $5.75 million.
The third-largest country in the European Union, Sweden’s export of aluminium powder and flakes is analysed with a further de-growth by 3.88%, as the export volume is predicted to plunge and remain at 1485 tonnes and the earnings to stand at $6.41 million.
The major trading destinations for Sweden’s export of aluminium powder and flakes are Angola, Argentina, Brazil, France, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, UK, etc.
