At this year’s Paris Packaging Week, LINDAL Group introduced its visitors to three new additions to its aerosol dispensing portfolio. The Hamburg-headquartered dispensing specialist brought Snap, Luna and Matteo, each of which is designed to address distinct requirements across healthcare, personal care and home care categories.

The company has positioned these launches as purpose-built solutions with aluminium at its core and shaped by specific end-use needs. Across all three products, the emphasis lies on practical performance, user protection, and customisation flexibility.
Snap is designed for accurate nasal delivery. It has been developed as a precision spray head actuator for nasal healthcare. Engineered for both adult and paediatric use, it supports sterilisation processes and features a mechanical break-up spray system that helps regulate and control product delivery.
The actuator is supplied in combination with LINDAL’s Bag-on-Valve systems and works with standard nasal overcaps, making it adaptable for established packaging formats. According to the company, patient safety and dosing consistency were central considerations throughout its development, reflecting rising demand for reliable nasal application systems in healthcare markets.
Luna, on the other hand, introduces a clear twist-lock safety, focusing on clinical accuracy and addressing safety and ease of use in everyday aerosol formats. Designed as a 35mm twist-lock actuator, Luna incorporates both a visible on and off indicator and an audible click mechanism. These features provide clear confirmation of whether the pack is open or secured, helping to minimise the likelihood of unintended discharge. The actuator is compatible with aluminium and tinplate cans, LINDAL male valves and Bag-on-Valve systems. It also accommodates a full range of inserts, giving brands scope to tailor spray characteristics. To support on-shelf differentiation, Luna is available in multiple colour combinations.
For larger-diameter personal care products, LINDAL has introduced Matteo. This 45mm spray head actuator features a two-part construction suitable for aluminium transfer and tinplate cans. Depending on the desired spray performance, it can be supplied with either mechanical or non-mechanical break-up inserts. Matteo is compatible with the company’s CA39 and LIP male valves and offers customisation options for both the body and finger pad. This allows manufacturers to align functional performance with brand identity, particularly in premium product lines.
Pierre Louis Sigaut, Sales Director at LINDAL France, said the unveiling of Snap, Luna and Matteo demonstrates the group’s focus on solutions designed around specific applications in healthcare, personal care and home care.
He noted that Snap responds to increasing requirements for accurate nasal delivery, Luna introduces user-friendly twist-lock safety with clear feedback, and Matteo provides enhanced adaptability and aesthetic options for larger formats. Together, he said, the new actuators combine technical capability with design flexibility to deliver measurable value to customers worldwide.
