Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Andi Srinivas has been appointed as an Non-Executive Director (Additional Director) of Pennar Aluminium Company Ltd with effect from December 12, 2015.
