Vedanta Limited appoints Pallavi Bhatia as Chief Human Resources Officer for its aluminium business to boost leadership in this key area.

She brings nearly two decades of experience across manufacturing, industrial and consumer sectors. Her expertise includes talent management, industrial relations and organisational development in large operational environments.

Prior to joining Vedanta, Bhatia held senior HR roles at companies such as Pernod Ricard, Minova Runaya, Goodyear India, ATG Tire, Cavendish Industries and Birla Tyres.
The appointment comes as heavy industries increasingly focus on leadership pipelines, workforce flexibility and talent retention amid expansion and technological shifts.
