Jaguar Land Rover India Ltd Managing Director and President Rohit Suri said, "The introduction of the all-new Jaguar XF into our locally manufactured portfolio reiterates our commitment to the Indian market."

The Jaguar XF is available in two options: a 2.0-litre Ingenium diesel engine with a power output of 132 kW and a 2.0-litre petrol engine with a power output of 177 kW.

The use of aluminium for XF’s chassis has helped to diminish the car’s weight while improving its driving dynamics. The company claims that the model gets 70 percent of aluminium in its construction which makes it 190kg lighter than its predecessor. The new Jaguar XF is 30 per cent stiffer as well.

Jaguar Land Rover showcased the new model at the 2016 Auto Expo. The company will replace the existing model that is currently on sale.
