On Wednesday, September 3, both LME aluminium cash bid price and LME aluminium official settlement price has reflected growth for the second consecutive day.
As per the price graph, both cash bid price and official settlement price have moved up by USD 2 per tonne or 0.07 per cent to settle at USD 2,616 per tonne and USD 2,617 per tonne.
3-month bid price and 3-month offer price also added USD 3 per tonne or 0.11 per cent and USD 2.5 per tonne or 0.09 per cent to arrive at USD 2,614 per tonne and USD 2,614.5 per tonne.

December 26 bid price and December 26 offer price increased by USD 4 per tonne or 0.15 per cent to halt at USD 2,662 per tonne and USD 2,667 per tonne.
LME aluminium 3-month Asian Reference Price, on the other hand, reflected no change and settled at USD 2,619.
LME aluminium opening stock remained unchanged at 479,600 tonnes. Live warrants and Cancelled warrants also closed at 468,750 tonnes and 10,850 tonnes reflecting no change.

Alumina price
The alumina platts price inched up by USD 1.82 per tonne to clock at USD 356.18 per tonne.
