Lenovo's new Z2 cooling bracket flaunts aluminium alloy plate

Lenovo has released a new cooling bracket called the Z2, made of aluminium alloy. The stand is designed with an open hollow structure to fit the heat dissipation vents of most notebooks in the market, allowing improved airflow and heat dissipation.

The Lenovo Z2 aluminium alloy stand can reduce the GPU temperature of a notebook by 5°C. The Z2 has five adjustable positions ranging from 19° to 33°, allowing for a comfortable viewing height and reduced fatigue.

It can be adjusted as low as 87mm and as high as 145mm, making it perfect for laptops, tablets, and drawing boards from 11-16 inches. With a golden triangle structure design, the Z2 is stable and does not shake during daily use.

The bracket is made of a 4mm thick aluminium alloy plate, has a portable handle design, and has a silicone groove clamp, making it easy to store and carry. It weighs around 515gm but can bear up to 10 kg.

Aluminium use has made the stand extremely lightweight, but it can support almost 20 times its own weight.

The bracket's contact area with the notebook is covered with soft silicone, which prevents scratches and ensures that the device does not slide. Additionally, the bottom of the bracket has soft silicone pads to increase friction with the desktop, making typing more stable.
