Germany-based TOMRA Recycling appoints Lars Enge as the new Executive Vice President (EVP), replacing Katrin Fricke. Lars joined TOMRA in March 2022 as Executive Vice President of Group Strategy.
Over the past three years, he has been an integral member of the leadership team, driving key strategic initiatives. He spearheaded the creation of TOMRA Horizon, a portfolio of new ventures that includes TOMRA Feedstock and Reuse, and successfully oversaw the acquisition of c-trace GmbH.

Before joining TOMRA, Lars built extensive leadership experience at Yara International, where he held senior positions in M&A, Finance, and Strategy (2014–2022), including serving as CFO for Yara Europe from 2018 to 2022. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey & Company (2009–2014).

He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Lars assumes his new role with immediate effect. Katrin Fricke, the outgoing EVP of TOMRA Recycling, will be leaving the company to explore new opportunities.
