This growth reaffirms the company's position as India's largest manufacturer of aluminium-extruded products. The company's expertise in producing intricate aluminium profiles and its reputation for quality and timely delivery are pivotal to its sustained success.

Jindal Aluminium operates three state-of-the-art manufacturing plants located in Bengaluru, Dabaspet in Karnataka, and a newly acquired unit in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. These facilities boast a combined manufacturing capacity of 2.35 L tonnes per annum, including 160,000 tonnes of aluminium extruded and 75,000 tonnes of aluminium flat-rolled products. The company also features in-house, eco-friendly surface coating facilities such as powder coating and anodising, further enhancing its product offerings.

The Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Jindal Aluminium Limited, Mr Pragun Jindal Khaitan, appreciating the achievement, stated: "We feel humbled to contribute once again to the nation's requirement with the highest production of aluminium extruded products, our commitment to delivering top-quality products, backed by best-in-class technology and stringent quality standards, remains uncompromised. As we look ahead, we remain steadfast in pursuing innovation and value creation."

Founded by Dr. Sitaram Jindal in 1968, Jindal Aluminium has continually driven innovation and excellence in the aluminium industry. Demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability, Jindal Aluminium uses 100% renewable energy at two of its Karnataka units. It is the only aluminium extrusion company in India to receive the aerospace AS9100D certification and holds other notable certifications, including Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB), ISO 9002 (currently IS/ISO 9001:2015), and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) for marine applications.

The aluminium extrusion market in India is poised for significant growth, projected to reach 1,288,202.3 tonnes by 2028 with a CAGR of 4.49% from 2023 to 2028, according to the latest IMARC report. This trend positions Jindal Aluminium strategically for continued expansion, presenting substantial opportunities for stakeholders in the aluminium value chain.

With its robust manufacturing capabilities and a strong commitment to sustainability, the company is set to capitalise on the burgeoning demand for aluminium-extruded products, ensuring a promising future for the aluminium sector.
