Jamaican Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller meets Mr. Mark Hansen, head of Noble Group Metals Division and Mr Richard Elman, Chairman of Noble Group with Phillip Paulwell, Minister of Science, Technology, Energy and Mining. Noble Resources Ltd which has entered into an agreement with Clarendon Alumina Production Limited to be the new marketing partner for CAP's operations and alumina product made a courtesy visit at the Office of the Prime Minister on Wednesday, October 30, 2013. The Prime Minister said she welcomed their investment in Jamaica and looks forward to the development of a possible energy solution for the JAMALCO plant.
