Inovatools, a Haunstetten-based cutting tool maker in Germany, is diversifying its product offerings by introducing 22 more tool types designed for various high-performance applications. Three-flute solid carbide graphite milling cutters, the Inox 8xD SC internal coolant twist drill, and different HSS machine taps are among the new goods in the catalogue. The ta-C line of tools for cutting aluminium has been expanded with specific cooling channels to minimise heat and improve tool life.

Ditmar Ertel and his colleagues presented a novel trilingual primary catalogue for solid carbide tools at EMO, highlighting innovation, sustainability, and customer-centricity. The company's First Choice premium tools are specifically tailored for materials such as aluminium, steel, stainless steel and titanium.
These tools are engineered to minimise production times and enhance tool longevity, resulting in reduced overall expenses. The tools include of the HPC Fight Max series, designed for stainless steels, and the recently introduced Fight Max Titan, specifically designed for high-tech lightweight materials. Inovatools is also devoted to sustainability, with the goal of reducing its carbon impact. A two-year main catalogue and the utilisation of solar energy for manufacturing are among the measures.
The company's goal is to reach a 98 per cent carbon-neutral manufacturing process by the end of 2023, which will contribute to its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility as part of the United Nations Global Compact and the VEA's Climate-friendly SMEs project.
