

Industrial Physics, a US-headquartered company known for driving quality assurance and innovation in the aluminium packaging value chain, announced on February 19 that Andrew McCauley would be succeeding Barry Lyon as the Chief Executive Officer.

Andrew McCauley will bring over 30 years of leadership experience in the field of technologies and in providing industrial solutions to Industrial Physics. He has established himself through proven results in creating value via a combination of focused execution, commercial excellence and team building, along with developing and implementing successful growth strategies.

He served as Group President at Ralliant, where he was responsible for leading the implementation of the company's strategic plan and executing against the advanced sensing and technology platforms. Prior to joining Ralliant, Andrew was associated with Fortive Corporation as a Group President of Sensing Technologies and President of Qualitrol.
Andrew McCauley has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
