Hindalco to get $1.7-b dividend from Novelis

...Hindalco Industries, an Aditya Birla Group company, will receive a dividend (return of capital) of $1.7 billion (Rs 7,650 crore) from its Canadian subsidiary Novelis Inc which recently announced plans to raise $4 billion (18,000 crore) through debt.
