Since July and August, Guangxi province ‘s severest electricity shortage in 20 years together with supply tension of coal and high stress from Nanning-Kunming railway all lead Guangxi subsidiary company of Chinalco to face great challenges.
In terms of alumina, the key is preventing cost from rising too fast.
