EGA’s annual Rashid Awards honour 50 employees for their contributions in operational efficiency
Emirates Global Aluminium has celebrated the contributions of its 50 employees in innovations and improvements at the annual Rashid Awards. The accolades are particularly for acknowledging those employees who have contributed tangible innovation and improvements in the areas of safety, cost optimisation, environment, and operational efficiency through EGA’s Suggestion Scheme and Tamayaz programme.
Abdulnasser Bin Kalban, Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Global Aluminium, said: “Innovation and continuous improvement have powered EGA’s progress for decades. Our success depends on our people turning great ideas into improvements, every day and everywhere in our operations. I congratulate this year’s Rashid Award winners and thank every colleague who is helping us innovate for a better future.”
All these suggestions submitted by the employee help the organisation to incorporate all the required improvements within the organisation. EGA mainly focused on innovation and continuous improvement throughout the decade by encouraging employees to contribute their ideas.
