A request to investigate Cosmos Aluminium, a Greek company, and its proposed acquisition of Etem Commercial and Industrial Light Metals, a division of Elvalhalcor Hellenic Copper and Aluminium Company JSC, was made public by the Bulgarian Competition Authority on Monday. Magellan Aerospace Company announced its intent to collaborate with Collin Aerospace under a long-term agreement (LTA) to produce complicated magnesium and aluminium castings for various applications in the military, defence, and commercial aerospace industries. Granges Powder Metallurgy, also known as JD Technologies Worldwide, LLC in the USA, and Keselowski Advanced Manufacturing (KAM) announced their cooperation. The corporation's ability to provide precisely tailored additive manufacturing solutions using DISPAL® (aluminium alloy) powder will grow due to this relationship.
