Demand in Global Aluminum Extrusion Market will Double in 2020

At present, Zhang Liji who is the CFO of China Zhongwang said in an interview that industrial aluminum profiles, deep processing aluminum profiles and high-end aluminum rolling products will be the three main profits driver for the company in the future. Steel will be replaced by aluminum, thus the multi-production of aluminum profiles will help the group make further progress.
Zhang Liji stated besides industrial aluminum profiles and deep processing aluminum profiles, high-end aluminum rolling products market can be the potential developable market. In 2009, the global demand of aluminum rolling market was 14,000 thousand tons, in 2020 the demand may doubled to 28,000 thousand tons. He also pointed out that in 2011 the group had imported aluminum rolling production equipments from other regions, the total value reached to 3.8 billion dollars. This was made preparation for the first phase production of aluminum rolling products, will be put into operation in the second half year of 2014 with 1800 thousand tons of capacity.
