Constellium successfully concludes the sale of Landau, Crailsheim, and Burg facilities, strengthening the focus on core operations
On September 4, 2023, the leading full-service supplier of rolled and extruded aluminium solutions for the global automotive market, Constellium, completed the sale of its three soft alloy extrusion facilities in Landau, Crailsheim, and Burg in Germany to Vaessen Aluminium for a total cash amount of €48.8 million.

However, this announcement follows the completion of the regulatory approval process.
