
According to the Shanghai Metals Market, A00 aluminium ingot price in China has recorded a surge of RMB 100 per tonne on Tuesday, November 3, to stand at RMB 15,150 per tonne, marking the third consecutive day of rising since October 30. On November 2, the price opened the week with a hike of RMB 220 per tonne to exceed the level of RMB 15,000 per tonne. Today, the average A00 aluminium ingot price is expected to range between RMB 15,130 per tonne and RMB 15,170 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 140-180 per tonne, down by RMB 30 per tonne from the previous day.

Among the major Chinese cities, Wuxi and Chongqing have seen the highest rise in A00 aluminium ingot price of RMB 90 per tonne to RMB 15,050 per tonne and RMB 15,060 per tonne, followed by an increase of RMB 85 per tonne in Shenyang to RMB 15,165 per tonne. In Gongyi, Hangzhou, and Tianjin, the price has climbed by RMB 80 per tonne to come in at RMB 15,030 per tonne, RMB 15,130 per tonne, and RMB 15,090 per tonne, respectively. In Foshan, primary aluminium ingot price has grown by RMB 60 per tonne to RMB 15,050 per tonne and that in Linyi has increased by RMB 30 per tonne to RMB 15,090 per tonne.
The prices of aluminium alloys have grown as well on November 3, according to the SMM. While aluminium alloys (ADC12) price and aluminium alloy (A380) price have increased by RMB 50 per tonne to RMB 15,350 per tonne and RMB 16,250 per tonne, the price of aluminium alloy (A356) has grown by RMB 100 per tonne to RMB 15,750 per tonne.
Coming to the aluminium input costs, prebaked anode price in Central China has surged by RMB 80 per tonne to RMB 3,305 per tonne, as of November 3, learned SMM. The average price is expected to range between RMB 3,105 per tonne and RMB 3,505 per tonne.

Aluminium fluoride price has grown by RMB 100 per tonne to RMB 7,800 per tonne, and aluminium powder price has inched up by RMB 0.10 per kg to come in at RMB 18.75 per kg on November 3.
