China Aluminium cans chairman takes on key ISO standards role

China Aluminium Cans Holdings Ltd has announced that its chairman, Lin Wan Tsang, has been appointed to lead an important international standards body within the metal packaging sector. Lin has been named chair of the Light Gauge Metal Containers Technical Committee of the International Organisation for Standardisation, also known as ISO/TC 52.

The appointment is a step forward in the growing international profile of Lin within the global metal packaging industry. Previously, in 2022, he had been the chairperson of the International Organisation of Aluminium Aerosol Container Manufacturers.
