BMW R1200GS receives happy trail aluminium panniers

If you're not exactly happy with the branded panniers BMW is offering for your new 2013 R1200GS, here's Happy Trails' offer, in the shape of the Denali Kit, starting at $1,050 (€778).
The kit includes two Denali aluminium panniers, the SU rack system and all the needed mounting hardware. The kit is a direct bolt-on storage solution and no bike modifications are needed for installation.
It uses the Happy Trail plate mounting system which is extremely sturdy and retains the easy mounting and removing for the panniers. Even more, Happy Trail is offering an optional inner shelf kit with can be installed between the bike and the plate, and can hold a tool kit, or other similar bike-related must items.
The cases are offered in standard and Clif-cut versions, with the latter reducing the width of the machine, though reducing the storage with almost 10 liters each. Kits include free powder coating, free pre-mount and free lid locks, valued at $166 (€123).
