AMG announces aluminum master alloy and grain refiner price increases

AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V., ("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") announces price increases for aluminum master alloys and grain refiner products, effective immediately. AMG's aluminum businesses, London & Scandinavian Metallurgical Co Limited and KB Alloys LLC, will also amend terms and conditions to more symmetrically reflect supplier terms and conditions.
These price increases are due to increases in AMG's raw material prices, including aluminum premiums, titanium and boron salts and transportation costs. AMG's price increases will facilitate our efforts to maintain and improve the efficiency of our global customer focused operations.
