At the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in October rose by 80 paise, or 0.71%, to INR 113.60 per kg in business turnover of 156 lots.
Similarly, the metal for delivery in November traded higher by 70 paise, or 0.61%, to INR 115.15 per kg in 81 lots.
Market analysts said the rise in aluminium prices in futures trade was mostly attributed to a firming trend in the global markets and rising demand at spot markets here.
