Aluminium Two Thousand Congress to shape the future of aluminium industry

Along with the motto “Let’s build the future of the aluminium world together” there is good news from the aluminium world: the Aluminium Two Thousand Congress features the technologies of the future, presented by experts from 33 different countries. Compared to the previous 7 editions of the Congress there will be a record number of presentations (122). The absolute high quality and innovation of the contents allow to easily foresee the great success of the 8th World Congress Aluminium Two Thousand that will take place in Milano, Italy, from May 14th to May 18th, 2013.

The 3-day Congress (with 4 parallel sessions) will be followed by a full day of detailed analysis by Extrusion Workshop, organized in collaboration with the Engineering Department of the University of Bologna, will give specific lessons on new researches in the extrusion field. Anodizing Workshop organized in collaboration with Aluminum Anodizers Council and Coating Workshop organized by Interall regarding Technological Review And Updating in Aluminium Pretreatment before Coating

A specific “Russian Day” has been organized for Russian-speaking delegates and it will feature the major technologies presented during the 3 days of the Congress with simultaneous translation in Russian. It is a great opportunity for Russian entrepreneurs to enter in contact with potential European suppliers and customers. The technical tours, that will take place after the conclusion of the Congress days, have been organized in order to show the latest technologies and applications of aluminium in different fields (extrusion, finishing with anodizing and coating, aluminium processing machinery).
