
The average spot alumina price in China has dropped by RMB 9 per tonne or 0.43 per cent on Wednesday, 15 April 2020, after a decline of RMB 6 per tonne on Tuesday. The price now stands at RMB 2064 per tonne today. The alumina prices in China have decreased in East and Central markets.

The average prices of Alumina-East and Alumina-Central have reduced by RMB 35 per tonne and RMB 15 per tonne to stand at RMB 2065 per tonne and RMB 2075 per tonne. Their average prices are expected to range at RMB 2050-2080 per tonne and RMB 2060-2090 per tonne. The price in North and South remain unchanged at RMB 2050 per tonne and RMB 2520 per tonne.
A00 aluminium ingot price has increased by RMB 100 per tonne from its earlier price of RMB 11810 per tonne. The price now stands at RMB 11910 per tonne. The price is expected to move within a range of RMB 11890-11930 per tonne. Spot aluminium price is likely to be traded at a discount of RMB 30 per tonne to a premium of RMB 10 per tonne.
Aluminium ingot prices in Foshan and Wuxi stand at RMB 11950 per tonne and RMB 11890 per tonne, up RMB 110 per tonne and RMB 90 per tonne. The prices in Hangzhou, Chongqing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Linyi, and Gongyi have risen to stand at RMB 11915 per tonne, RMB 11940 per tonne, RMB 11945 per tonne, RMB 11950 per tonne, RMB 12030 per tonne and RMB 11930 per tonne.
The Aluminium alloy (ZLD102) and Aluminium alloy (ZLD104) prices have increased by RMB 100 per tonne each to RMB 12500 per tonne each. The aluminium alloy (A356) price is also up by RMB 100 per tonne to RMB 12600 per tonne.
