Alumina (Imported) price stands higher at RMB 2365/t; A00 aluminium ingot price inches up by RMB 20/t

Alumina (Imported) price has increased to RMB 2365 per tonne, representing a growth of RMB 65 per tonne after remaining unchanged at RMB 2300 per tonne since August 18. The average price is expected to move within a range of RMB 2350-2380 per tonne. Alumina price in other major China markets remained unchanged today.

The average Bauxite CIF price has dropped by USD 1 per tonne to USD 41 per tonne as on Wednesday, 26 August 2020. The average price is expected to hover between USD 40 per tonne and USD 42 per tonne.

A00 aluminium ingot price has climbed by RMB 20 per tonne to stand at RMB 14770 per tonne. This marks the second back-to-back rise. The average price is expected to range at RMB14750-14790 per tonne today.

Aluminium ingot price in Foshan stand at RMB 14840 per tonne, up RMB 70 per tonne. Ingot price in Wuxi and Hangzhou have risen by RMB 25 per tonne and RMB 30 per tonne to stand at RMB 14760 per tonne and RMB 14770 per tonne. Aluminium ingot price in Chongqing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Linyi and Gongyi have increased to stand at RMB 14715 per tonne, RMB 14770 per tonne, RMB 14750 per tonne, RMB 14790 per tonne and RMB 14635 per tonne.
