In AlCircle Expo 2021, some 1,040 attendees from 92 different countries attended the event virtually to interact and network with 40 exhibitors and 11 sponsors. Average footfalls per booth were 124 and average time spent by each attendee was 2 hr 27 min. Total business cards exchanged during the show were 1,809 and total business card pick-ups from exhibitor booths were 1,161.

While collecting attendees’ feedback, AlCircle found that about 94 per cent of attendees felt the event registration process hassle-free and 91 per cent found the standard of expo platform good. Also, 90 per cent of attendees found networking tools at the event useful and showed interest in participating in the future event.

AlCircle also collected exhibitors’ feedback and found that almost all exhibitors found the pre-event information and correspondence good and rated the overall satisfaction score at 8.5.
