Alba reaches out to Somalia’s famine victims with US$ 250,000

Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C (Alba) joined the international community in expressing solidarity with the victims of Somalia’s worst recorded drought in 60 years by pledging to donate US$ 250,000 (BD 94,250) to support wide range of relief efforts.
Alba’s donation was in response to the fund raising campaign initiated by the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Information Affairs Authority. The decision to donate is another tangible demonstration of the company’s corporate social responsibility as well as its willingness to extend a helping hand to those in need.
