One of Alba's most significant and enduring initiatives is its Training and Development Programme (T.D.P.). This program seeks to increase Bahrainisation by improving the professional skills of Bahraini employees through education and skills training. The T.D.P. prepares these employees to take on supervisory and leadership roles in the company.
While talking about this new achievement, Alba's Chief Executive Officer, Ali Al Baqali, commented: "We are delighted to be recognised amongst the best by receiving the prestigious Brandon Hall Award again for one of our in-house Training & Development Program (T.D.P.)."
"Alba's T.D.P. Programme is a top initiative designed with a deep understanding of individual needs and commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth in line with Bahrain's Economic Vision 2023. The T.D.P. initiative has allowed us to develop hundreds of nationals throughout the years, and today, we are proud to have 85% Bahrainisation out of our total workforce," Baqali added.
