A00 aluminium ingot price in China hikes by RMB270/t; Alumina price goes down by RMB4/t
On Thursday, November 3, A00 aluminium ingot price in China increased by RMB 270 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,250 per tonne, with the average prices standing between RMB 18,230 per tonne and RMB 18,270 per tonne. The spot contract price is expected to be traded at a premium price of RMB 0 to RMB 40 per tonne.
The prices in Foshan and Wuxi have ascended by RMB 350 per tonne and RMB 290 per tonne to record at RMB 18,580 per tonne and RMB 18,260 per tonne. In Hangzhou and Chongqing, the prices climbed up by RMB 280 per tonne to stand at RMB 18,300 per tonne and RMB 18,470 per tonne. As per the SMM data, prices in both Gongyi and Tianjin have hiked by RMB 270 per tonne to stop at RMB 18,370 per tonne and RMB 18,300 per tonne. On the same day, Shenyang and Linyi settled at RMB 18,230 per tonne and RMB 18,330 per tonne after witnessing a growth of RMB 230 per tonne.
The domestic price of low carbon aluminium in China has hiked by RMB 350 per tonne to clock at RMB 19,183 per tonne. The high purity aluminium (99.99%) price and high purity aluminium (99.996%) price expanded by RMB 300 per tonne to peg at RMB 26,600 per tonne and RMB 27,600 per tonne.
On the other hand, the average alumina spot price witnessed a drop of RMB 4 per tonne to halt at RMB 2,786 per tonne, followed by a slip of RMB 20 per tonne in Guangxi to reside at RMB 2,715 per tonne.
The aluminium alloy (A356) price increased by RMB 250 per tonne to halt at RMB 19,500 per tonne, with the average prices orbiting between RMB 19,400 per tonne and RMB 19,600 per tonne on the same day.

As per the SMM data, both aluminium alloys (ADC12) price and aluminium alloy (A380) price went up by RMB 50 per tonne to stand at RMB 19,000 per tonne and RMB 20,000 per tonne. The average price for (ADC12) is expected to stand between RMB 18,900 per tonne and RMB 19,100 per tonne. On the same day, the average price for (A380) may stand between RMB 19,900 per tonne and RMB 20,100 per tonne.
