
A00 aluminium ingot price has recorded a hike of RMB 100 per tonne to close the week on Friday, January 29, at RMB 14,970 per tonne, after declining in the past three days in a row from RMB 15,030 per tonne to RMB 14,870 per tonne, found Shanghai Metals Market. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 14,950 per tonne and RMB 14,990 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 0-40 per tonne.

In Foshan, A00 aluminium ingot price has surged by RMB 140 per tonne to come in at RMB 14,950 per tonne, while in Wuxi, the price has increased by RMB 120 per tonne to stand at RMB 14,980 per tonne. In Gongyi, Chongqing, and Linyi, primary aluminium ingot price has grown by RMB 110 per tonne to peg at RMB 14,870 per tonne, RMB 14,940 per tonne, and RMB 15,040 per tonne, respectively. In Hangzhou, Tianjin, and Shenyang, the price has climbed by RMB 90 per tonne, RMB 70 per tonne, and RMB 65 per tonne to settle at RMB 15,000 per tonne, RMB 14,990 per tonne, and RMB 14,985 per tonne, respectively.
Aluminium alloy (A356) price has also elevated by RMB 100 to close the week at RMB 15,650 per tonne, according to SMM. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 15,600 per tonne and RMB 15,700 per tonne.

The price of aluminium alloys (ADC12) has gained RMB 50 per tonne to stand at RMB 16,800 per tonne, but the price of aluminium alloy (A380) has remained restrained at RMB 17,650 per tonne.
Coming to the primary aluminium input costs, none has recorded any change today, on January 29, except for aluminium powder. Its price has inched up by RMB 0.10 per kg to clock at RMB 18.55 per kg.
