A00 aluminium ingot price in China has decreased by RMB 230 per tonne to stand at RMB 16,850 per tonne, as of Thursday, December 3, following six consecutive days of hike from RMB 15,930 per tonne to RMB 17,080 per tonne, according to the Shanghai Metals Market. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 16,830 per tonne and RMB 16,870 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 70-130 per tonne, down by RMB 20 per tonne from the previous day.
{alcircleadd}Primary aluminium ingot price in Foshan has seen the highest plunge of RMB 260 per tonne to RMB 16,920 per tonne, followed by the decline of RMB 240 per tonne in Wuxi to stand at RMB 16,850 per tonne. In Hangzhou and Chongqing, A00 aluminium ingot price has decreased by RMB 220 per tonne to come in at RMB 16,880 per tonne and RMB 16,810 per tonne, respectively. In Gongyi, the price has reduced by RMB 210 per tonne to peg at RMB 16,690 per tonne, while that in Shenyang and Tianjin has plunged by RMB 205 per tonne and RMB 160 per tonne to hover at RMB 16,835 per tonne and RMB 16,850 per tonne, respectively. In Linyi, primary aluminium ingot price has dipped by RMB 90 per tonne to RMB 16,940 per tonne.
Backed on the decline in A00 aluminium ingot price, the price of aluminium alloy (A356) has diminished by RMB 250 per tonne to RMB 17,550 per tonne on December 3, found the Shanghai Metals Market. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 17,500 per tonne and RMB 17,600 per tonne.
On the other hand, prebaked anode price in Central China has recorded a sharp hike of RMB 270 per tonne to RMB 3,575 per tonne, with average prices likely to hover between RMB 3,375 per tonne and RMB 3,775 per tonne. In the southwest and northwest, the price has grown by RMB 125 per tonne to stand, respectively, at RMB 3,572.50 per tonne and RMB 3,825 per tonne.
