
Benchmark aluminium price on the London Metal Exchange rose by 0.29 per cent to US$ 2051.5 per tonne on Wednesday December 2. That was up from US$ 2045.5 per tonne on Tuesday.
As of Wednesday December 2, LME aluminium cash (bid) price stands at US$ 2051.50 per tonne, LME official settlement price stands at US$ 2051.50 per tonne; 3-months bid price stands at US$ 2062 per tonne, 3-months offer price is US$ 2062 per tonne; Dec 21 bid price stands at US$ 2076.50per tonne, and Dec 21 offer price stands at US$ 2076.50 per tonne.
The LME aluminium opening stock stood at 1364175 tonnes. Live Warrants totalled 1173150 tonnes, and Cancelled Warrants were 191025 tonnes.
LME aluminium 3-months Asian Reference Price is hovering at US$ 2076.62 per tonne.
SHFE Aluminium Price Trend
Benchmark aluminium price for SHFE decreased to stand at US$ 2555 per tonne on Thursday, 03 December 2020.
The most-liquid SHFE 2101 aluminium contract finished the day 1.2% higher at RMB16,835 per tonne on Wednesday. Open interest rose 3,396 lots to 150,076 lots.
