Assan Alüminyum acquires US aluminium foil plant in West Virginia to expand local production
Assan Alüminyum has bought an aluminium foil production plant in West Virginia through its subsidiary Kibar Americas. With this purchase, the company will now produce aluminium foil locally in the United States. This helps it expand its operations outside its home country. The new plant will produce aluminium foil for automotive fin stock, HVAC fin stock, food-grade foil containers, and industrial use.
